A trailer and poster have debuted for The Restoration at Grayson Manor, a gothic horror film directed by Glenn McQuaid. The feature stars Chris Colfer as Boyd Grayson, an heir whose relationship with his mother takes a disturbing turn after an accident leaves him without hands.
Alice Krige plays Boyd’s mother, described as obsessed with preserving the family legacy. Following the accident, she rebuilds her son with prosthetic hands wired to his subconscious. According to Horror Society, the prosthetics act on Boyd’s most violent urges, unleashing horrors within the family’s decaying Gothic estate.
The film was written by Clay McLeod Chapman and McQuaid. Its cast also includes Daniel Adegboyega, Declan Reynolds, Gabriela Garcia Vargas, Matthew McMahon, Issac Cairns, and Dave Byrne.
